Our role is to work in partnership with our clients and guide them through the process of identifying, negotiating and securing commercial premises.

CTA is not affiliated, connected or associated with any real estate or property agency firm that provides landlord services (leasing, sales and management). We are therefore able to provide tenants with conflict free, impartial, independent strategic advice at all times.

With over 30 years of corporate real estate experience and 19 years of representing tenants in sometimes complex property transactions, CTA is your trusted real estate adviser. We have delivered projects for our clients ranging from a 3 person serviced office space to a 34,000 square metre pre-lease and everything in between.
Conflicts of Interest
We seek a professional fee for our services payable by our tenant clients. We do not take fees from landlords thereby avoiding conflicts of interest and maintaining our fiduciary duty is to our client.
