Matt Martin is the principal of the business and has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry in Australia. Matt established Commercial Tenant Advisory after working in corporate real estate as a tenant adviser and advocate for 19 years. Matt has represented countless tenants over this period including Federal and Local Government agencies, not-for-profit organisations, global corporations and local businesses, on projects ranging in size from 50 to 35,000 square metres. Matt specialises in the office sector and holds several real estate licences including in Queensland.
